1. Backstory:
Interesting Profit, a band that originated from the heart of Seattle, Washington, came to life in the winter of 2013. Four best friends – Jeremy (lead vocals, guitar), Mark (drums, backup vocals), Emma (keyboard, vocals), and Jess (bass, backup vocals) – who had been playing music together since their high school days, decided to take their passion for music a step further. They began writing and composing their own songs, and before they knew it, Interesting Profit was born. The band’s name, suggested by Jeremy, is a reflection of their belief that the true profit in life comes from doing something interesting and fulfilling, not necessarily something that earns a lot of money.
2. Music Genre:
Interesting Profit plays a mix of alternative rock and indie pop, with influences from other genres like blues and folk. Their sound is a unique concoction of emotive lyrics, innovative melodies, and energetic performances.

“One Last Dance”
4. Full Song Lyrics:
Verse 1:
(Em)
Tonight, under this city light
(Am)
Let’s forget everything that’s not right
(D)
Let’s just dwell in this fleeting sight
(G)
Hold on tight, for one last dance tonight
Chorus:
(C)
For one last dance, under the moon’s bright light
(G)
One last chance, to make everything alright
(D)
In your arms, everything feels just right
(Em)
One last dance, let’s dance, let’s dance tonight
Verse 2:
(Em)
Your eyes, sparklin’ brighter than the night
(Am)
In this moment, everything feels so right
(D)
Let’s hold onto this feeling, hold on tight
(G)
For one last dance, under the starry night
Bridge:
(Am)
We’ll dance to our beat, under the moon’s soft glow
(Em)
Spinning on our feet, we’ll let the world know
(D)
That even if it’s our last, we’ll dance it slow
(G)
Before the night ends, before we let go…
Chorus:
(C)
One last dance, under the moon’s soft light
(G)
One last chance, to hold each other tight
(D)
In your arms, I find my delight
(Em)
One last dance, let’s dance, let’s dance tonight
Outro:
(C)
So here’s to the night, here’s to the light
(D)
Here’s to the dance that felt so right
(Em)
One last dance, forever in sight
(G)
One last dance, our dance, our dance tonight…
