Backstory
Delayed Claim formed in the bustling music scene of Nashville, Tennessee in 2012, made up of veteran musicians who had spent years playing in separate bands before crossing paths in various studios and gigs. Frontman and lead guitarist, Jesse Dover, had a reputation as an unparalleled solo artist before joining forces with powerhouse drummer, Ellie Thompson, and charismatic bassist, Charlie Black. The trio, united by a shared vision to redefine the boundaries of rock music, began creating an electrifying sound that resonated with fans and critics alike.
In spite of the diverse musical backgrounds, they managed to blend their individual styles into a synergy that is entirely their own. Achieving local fame in Nashville’s music scene was just the beginning, as they quickly gained national attention and started touring across the United States, winning over audiences with their dynamic performances and genuine camaraderie.
