Backstory:

Active Mom was formed in the suburbs of Seattle, Washington, in 2013. The band consists of four stay-at-home mothers: Lisa, Emily, Sarah, and Jennifer, who, driven by their shared passion for music, decided to channel their motherhood experiences into songs. They began by performing at local events and fundraisers, quickly gaining popularity within the local community for their unique sound and relatable lyrics. They soon started writing and recording their own songs, drawing from their everyday experiences as mothers and women. They strove to empower and inspire their audience, with their songs reflecting the highs and lows, joy and challenges, laughter and tears of motherhood. Today, Active Mom has become a beacon of light for moms all over the world, reminding them of their strength, resilience, and the beauty of the journey they’re on.
