Backstory:
Born in the heart of Detroit, Truthful Glove was formed by a group of high school friends with a shared passion for music and storytelling. The band’s name, Truthful Glove, is a nod to their original pursuit of truth through their music and their Blue Collar roots – a metaphorical glove that protects and works. The band members – lead singer and guitarist Jake, bassist and backing vocalist Matt, drummer Sam, and lead guitarist and keyboardist Nick – played in different local bands before eventually coming together to create something unique. They have been through thick and thin together, sparking a camaraderie that is evident in their music.

Their debut album, launched in 2015, was a sleeper hit. It resonated with audiences and critics alike for its raw portrayal of life, struggle, and hope. The band has only grown from strength to strength since then, garnering a dedicated fanbase and cementing their name as one of the most promising acts in the industry.
