Backstory:

Unripe Drawing was formed in the bustling city of Austin, Texas, in the year 2012 by childhood friends Alex Turner and Riley Green. Both had always shared a deep-rooted passion for music and illustration since their school days, constantly doodling on their notebooks and jamming in their garages. The duo decided to take their passion to the next level after graduating from university by forming a band and naming it ‘Unripe Drawing’, symbolizing their raw, unrefined talent and the constantly evolving nature of their art.

Even though their initial journey was marked by struggles and rejections, the duo never lost hope. They continued to create music and share it on various platforms. Their big break finally came in 2017 when their indie-folk track ‘Unpainted Canvas’ became a viral hit. Since then, there has been no looking back for Unripe Drawing as they have continued to mesmerize their fans with their soul-stirring music and thought-provoking lyrics.
