Title:
“One Last Try”

Full Song Lyrics:

(Verse 1)
C G
I’m standing on the edge, looking down,
Am Em
No safety net to catch me as I drown,
F C
In thoughts of you, and me, how it used to be,
G Am
A love so true, reduced to just a memory.

(Chorus)
F C
Give me one last try, to make you see,
G Am
How much you mean, you mean to me,
F C
Tears, won’t put out this fire inside,
G Am
Give me one last try, before we say goodbye.

(Verse 2)
C G
The sun sets low, paints a crimson sky,
Am Em
Our love story written in its fiery dye,
F C
The night descends, brings along with it pain,
G Am
Hoping for the sunrise, to see you again.

(Repeat Chorus)
