Backstory:
Foolhardy Lead was formed in the basement of a run-down house in Los Angeles in late 2006. The band members, all childhood friends, had been apart for years as they pursued their individual ambitions. However, they found themselves gravitating back towards their shared love for music and decided to reunite. The band was named ‘Foolhardy Lead’ as a nod to their impulsive decision to abandon their mundane lives and follow their passion for music.
The early days were full of struggles as they scraped together money to record their music and perform in local clubs. Their unique sound and raw, emotive lyrics started to gain a loyal following, and they were eventually signed by a small independent record company. Today, Foolhardy Lead is known for their electrifying live performances and has a devoted fan base all around the world.

Title:
“Drowning in Echoes”
Full Song Lyrics:
(Verse 1)
Am (C) G (F) Am
Just a ghost in this hollow town,
A broken heart, a decaying crown.
Shadows whisper, the walls take flight,
I’m drowning in echoes, lost in the night.
(Chorus)
Dm (Am) F (G) C
I scream your name, it bounces back,
A cruel reminder of what we lack.
The echoes mock, they twist and distort,
Leaving me stranded in this lonely fort.
(Verse 2)
Am (C) G (F) Am
Empty streets echo with our past,
In this silent world, I’m an outcast.
Bitter echoes replay our fights,
I’m drowning in echoes, lost in the night.
(Chorus)
Dm (Am) F (G) C
I scream your name, it bounces back,
A cruel joke played by this echo’s knack.
The echoes laugh, they mock my plight,
In this world of echoes, I’ve lost my light.
