Smoggy Riot

Backstory:
Smoggy Riot formed in an unlikely manner in the bustling city of New York. The group initially four friends, wanderers of the city, found their common bond in music and the muddled beauty of their urban jungle. They started off as street performers, each with his instrument, echoing their tunes in the subway tunnels and city parks. Their raw talent and unique sound soon caught the attention of passersby, and eventually a local recording studio.

The band’s name, Smoggy Riot, is a reflection of their genesis. ‘Smoggy’ is a nod to their city roots, the bustling, often polluted environment that birthed their music, while ‘Riot’ signifies the wild, rebellious spirit of their art and their refusal to succumb to the pressures of commercial music. Over the years, they have catapulted from local favorites to international sensations, but have always held fast to their roots, their music a testament to their evolution.

Title:
“Concrete Symphony”

Full Song Lyrics:

(Verse 1)
Am Em G D
On these city streets we roam,
Am Em G D
Finding notes in the heart of stone,
Am Em G D
In the hustle, the muffled tone,
Am Em G D
Smoggy Riot, we’ve found our home.

(Chorus)
C G Am F
In the Concrete Symphony, we sing,
C G Am F
Harmony in the city’s sting,
C G Am F
Steel towers and our hearts’ string,
C G Am F
In the Concrete Symphony, we sing.

(Verse 2)
Am Em G D
Skyscrapers touch the smoky sky,
Am Em G D
In the echoes, our dreams lie,
Am Em G D
Weaving stories that never die,
Am Em G D
In our Concrete Symphony, we fly.

(Chorus)
C G Am F
In the Concrete Symphony, we soar,
C G Am F
Beneath bridges, our hearts roar,
C G Am F
In the city’s heart, we explore,
C G Am F
In the Concrete Symphony, forevermore.
