Backstory:
Handmade Event was conceived in the heart of Melbourne, Australia, in the year 2011. The band, which initially started as a casual jamming session between friends, soon turned into a significant part of the local music scene. The band members – vocalist and guitarist Sammy Davis, drummer Peter Richardson, bassist Riley Thompson, and keyboardist Emma Johnson were all college friends who shared an unwavering passion for music. Over the years, they evolved their sound by going through trials and errors, late-night jamming sessions, and street performances. They got their big break when they were discovered by a music producer during one of their impromptu performances at a local music festival.
