Backstory:
Born in the grungy garages of Seattle in the early 2000s, Long-Term Inspection is the kernel of childhood friends Tim McAllister (vocals and guitar), Alex Henderson (lead guitar), Fredrick “Freddie” Stevens (drums), and Jason Hubbard (bass). From jamming out rock classics after school to crafting their unique sound, their bond and love for music grew stronger. Their music was a way to escape the mundane, a reflection of their lives, dreams, and fears. As the years passed, they gathered a faithful fanbase, their sound evolving into something unforgettable.
After years of small gigs and self-released EPs, their persistence paid off when their breakout single “Tuesday Night Lights” caught the attention of a record label in LA. Inspired by the late-night jams in their garages, the song resonated with the youth, making them the voice of their generation. From then on, there was no looking back for Long-Term Inspection.

Title: “On the Edge of Yesterday”
Full Song Lyrics:
(Verse 1)
Em D
Watching as the sun goes down,
G D
memories start to hang around.
Em D
Picking up pieces of the past,
G D
living in moments that didn’t last.
(Chorus)
G D
On the edge of yesterday,
Em D
standing still in the haunting grey.
G D
Dreaming of a time that’s gone,
Em D
to the beat of our old song.
(Verse 2)
Em D
Hoping for a chance to rewind,
G D
to the days when you were kind.
Em D
Bittersweet echoes in my heart,
G D
reminiscing how we fell apart.
(Chorus)
G D
On the edge of yesterday,
Em D
caught in a time that’s locked away.
G D
Waiting for a dawn that’s new,
Em D
but all I ever find is you.
(Outro)
Em D
On the edge of yesterday,
G D
forever seems so far away.
