Backstory:
‘Gruesome Afternoon’ was born out of the suburban angst of five high school friends who found solace in translating their rebellious spirit into music. They started out playing in their garages, school talent competitions, and small gigs at local venues in Louisville, Kentucky. The band members, led by vocalist Jason ‘Sparks’ McAlister, include lead guitarist Tom ‘Thrasher’ Thompson, bassist Ricky ‘Riff’ Anderson, drummer Chris ‘Crasher’ Collins, and keyboardist Eddie ‘Keys’ Kennedy. Their raw energy and hard-hitting lyrics quickly gained them a loyal fan base. After graduation, they all decided to pursue music full time, moving to the bustling city of Los Angeles to chase their dreams. Their dedication and unyielding passion for music have shaped them into a formidable force in the industry.
