Backstory:
Alarming Fortune is a quartet of musicians who met each other during their studies at the prestigious Berklee College of Music. Each one of them came from different corners of the world, sharing a common passion for music and harmony. After a spontaneous jam session in the university’s practice room, they realized they had a unique chemistry that went beyond the notes on the music sheet. The group decided to form a band right there and then, calling themselves “Alarming Fortune” – inspired by their sudden turn of fortune that led them to discover one another.
Their journey was not without its struggles, but every challenge along the way only served to strengthen their bond and their music. After graduation, they decided to stay in Boston and make a name for themselves in the local music scene. Their sound evolved over the years, influenced by their diverse backgrounds and the city that had become their home.
