Backstory:
Formed in the heart of New York City’s underground punk scene, Grim Signal emerged in 2016 as an unapologetically raw and defiant rock ensemble. Comprised of lead vocalist and bassist, Max ‘Riot’ Keene, alongside guitarist Dante ‘Daemon’ Jones and drummer, Lily ‘Slay’ Chen, Grim Signal started as humble garage band jamming out to the classics. Their rebellious spirit quickly gained traction locally, earning them a loyal following. The trio, inspired by the socio-political climate of the time, sought to create music that would not only entertain but also provoke a dialogue surrounding the issues that mattered to them and their fans.
