Backstory:
Dapper Meat originated in a small town in Texas, where childhood friends who shared a mutual love for music decided to join forces and create their own unique sound. The quartet, consisting of lead vocalist Billy “Bacon” Baxter, guitarist Angus “Beef” Brown, bassist Chuck “Chicken” Chandler, and drummer Peter “Pork” Peterson, came together in their early twenties and started performing at local venues, where their peculiar name and raw talent quickly attracted a solid fan base. Dapper Meat’s philosophy is to keep their music as organic and raw as their name suggests, which is why they refuse to go digital and insist on producing all their music using analog methods. They believe that this approach keeps them connected to their roots and adds an undeniable authenticity to their music.
Genre:
Dapper Meat specializes in Alternative Country with a touch of Blues and a hint of Rock.

Full Song Lyrics:
(Verse 1)
[G] She’s the grill of my dreams, [C] sizzling hot and lean.
[D] Coals burning bright, [G] under the moonlight.
[G] Her skewers piercing through, [C] my heart that’s true.
[D] She’s the grill, [G] the Grill of My Dreams.
(Chorus)
[C] Cookin’ under the stars, [G] playin’ our guitars.
[D] I’m lost in the smoke, [G] can’t shake off the cloak,
[C] She’s my flame, meat’s delight,[G] under the Texas night,
[D] She’s the grill, [G] the Grill of My Dreams.
(Verse 2)
[G] Her heat sears my soul, [C] she’s got me on a roll,
[D] A sizzle in the pan, [G] makes me a better man.
[G] The way she broils the meat, [C] it’s an incredible feat,
[D] She’s the grill, [G] the Grill of My Dreams.
(Repeat Chorus)
