Backstory:
Purple Proposal came into existence in the late ’90s, formed by a group of high school friends in a small town of New Hampshire. Jason Grant (vocalist and songwriter), Seth Bowers (lead guitarist), Emma Schultz (drummer), and Timmy Hall (bass guitarist) were all attending the same school when they discovered their mutual love for music. They started off performing covers songs at school talent shows, but soon found that they had a knack for creating their own music. As they matured, their music began to reflect the joys, sorrows, and everyday realities they encountered, thus making their music relatable and authentic.
After high school, the band decided to follow their dreams together, moving to Los Angeles to pursue their music career full-time. Despite encountering various challenges in the highly competitive music industry, Purple Proposal persisted, staying true to their sound and their roots. Their strong bond, dedication, and passion for their music have kept them going, and their fan base has expanded significantly since their move to LA.
