Full song lyrics:
(Verse 1)
[C] On the pier under the [G] golden sun,
Holding our [Am] rods, having so much [F] fun.
[C] Hooks in the water, [G] lines held tight,
[Am] Waiting for a bite, ‘neath the [F] dying light.

(Chorus)
[C] Like a fish on a [G] line, we can’t [Am] deny,
We’re [F] castaways fighting [C] time.
[C] The push and pull, [G] life’s grand design,
We’re [Am] reelers in the [F] night, till we [C] find,
The [G] hook that holds, the [Am] line that binds,
[F] We are, we are, [C] Pushy [G] Fishing,
[Am] Cast [F] away, [C] yet always [G] wishing.

(Verse 2)
[C] Drifting boats in the [G] endless sea,
[Am] Chasing dreams like [F] fishes, wild and free.
[C] The moon reflecting on the [G] restless waves,
[Am] Sharing secrets in hushed [F] serenades.

(Repeat Chorus)

Testimonial:
“Pushy Fishing has been my favorite band since I first heard them play at a beach party back in 2015. Their music has a raw energy that’s incredibly infectious, and their lyrics always manage to strike a chord within me. I relate to their stories of fishing, as it reminds me of my father, who was a fisherman. I feel a connection with them that goes beyond the music. For me, it’s the feeling of home, the joy of companionship, and the reflection of my roots. They’re not just a band to me, they’re a piece of my life. I’ve even got their logo tattooed on my arm! Their song ‘Cast Away’ is my personal anthem and has helped me through some tough times. Pushy Fishing forever!”
