Backstory:
Uneven Leaflet started in a small, rustic garage in Akron, Ohio in 2008 when four high school friends decided to transform their shared love for music into something tangible. The band members, Mitchell (vocals and guitar), Tommy (bass), Nate (drums), and Sammy (keyboard and vocals) grew up in the same neighborhood, and spent countless hours practicing in their parent’s garage. Their music journey started as a way to kill time during their monotonous summer vacations, but as their skills improved and their bond deepened, it quickly became apparent that their hobby had potential to be more than just a pastime. Today, Uneven Leaflet is a well-known name in the indie music scene, and their unique, soul-stirring melodies continue to inspire fans across the nation.

The bands favorite fan’s name and testimony:
The band’s favorite fan is Amelia Thompson. Amelia, a 28-year-old music enthusiast from Chicago, first discovered Uneven Leaflet at a local music festival in 2012. She was captivated by their raw, heartfelt lyrics and the passion with which they played each note. Over the years, her admiration for the band has only grown.
Amelia says, “Uneven Leaflet is not just my favorite band, but it’s also a part of my life’s soundtrack. Their music resonates with me on a deep, personal level. Every song they produce is like a chapter of my life, and it’s as if they’re singing only for me. ‘Whispers in the Wind’ is my favorite track because it speaks volumes about love and loss, the lyrics are poetic and the melody lingers long after the song has ended. I’ve been to all their concerts, own all their albums, and their music has been my companion through thick and thin.”
