Backstory:
Born from the energy of a dentist’s office, ‘Dental Death’ was conceived one fateful day when dental hygienist, Byron ‘Cavity’ Smith, tired of the daily grind, decided to pick up a guitar rather than a dental drill. Byron soon found like-minded dental professionals in Debbie ‘Drill’ Dalton on bass and Peter ‘Plaque’ Peterson on drums. Dentist, Dr. Freddie ‘Floss’ Flint, rounded out the group as the frontman. Together, they channelled their passion for oral hygiene and their frustration from years of dealing with uncooperative patients into their music. They took their unique sound to local bars and clubs, and soon found an audience that enjoyed their peculiar brand of rock.
