Backstory:

Founded in 2012 in San Francisco, Modern Requirement is a band born out of an insatiable love for music and a shared vision for creating exceptional soundscapes. The band brings together four friends – Nathan (vocals), Jake (guitar), Emily (bass), and Kyle (drums) – who met in a local music club. Their shared love for unique, genre-blending music led them to experiment in Nathan’s basement until they had created a sound that was entirely their own. Their journey was not without challenges, but their relentless passion and unwavering belief in their music ultimately launched them into the public eye.
