Backstory:
Spawned in the heart of Seattle during the rise of the alternative and grunge scene in the late 80s, Hungry Flesh’s four members were just neighborhood friends with a shared love for heavy music and raw creativity. Thirsting for a sound that was both new and familiar, they started jamming in a dingy basement, turning their frustrations and dreams into aggressive, emotional music. The band’s name Hungry Flesh was inspired by their hunger for success in Music and the raw, fleshy vulnerability in their song lyrics. Their breakthrough came when they played for a local radio station’s talent show, and their unique sound caught the attention of a record label scout in the crowd.

Hungry Flesh’s favorite fan is a woman named Gina. Gina has been following the band since their early days in the Seattle grunge scene. As a teenager, she found solace in their raw, emotional lyrics and intense music. Gina says, “Hungry Flesh’s music has always been like a friend to me.
