Backstory:
The ‘Onerlooked Cart’ emerged from the melting pot of eclectic musical styles found in the heart of New Orleans in the early 2000s. Comprised of four friends, who met in an underground jazz bar, they found common ground in their shared love of raw, emotive music. The core of the band consists of vocalist and guitarist, Reno, bassist, Jackson, drummer, Ollie, and saxophonist, Lucy. They began by jamming together in a garage, filled with rustic charm and echoing the sounds of their city’s past. Over time, their sound evolved, and ‘Onerlooked Cart’ was born, taking its name from a dilapidated cart they found in an old alleyway, symbolizing their unique take on overlooked melodies and rhythms.
Years on the road have seen them refine their sound and grow into a force of nature on stage.
