Backstory:
Hoarse Crown was formed in 2013 in a small, basement recording studio in the heart of downtown Chicago. Four friends – Jack, Ethan, Avery, and Miles – decided to take their love for music beyond the confines of their homes and create something that would resonate with people. Jack, having honed his skills in a church choir, served as the lead vocalist and keyboardist, while Ethan, a self-taught guitarist, was the band’s lead guitarist. Avery, who bore an uncanny resemblance to Ringo Starr, played the drums, and Miles, a virtuoso cellist, provided a unique touch to their sound. Their initial years were spent performing in dimly lit bars and clubs, but their raw talent and unique sound soon garnered attention.

Their breakthrough came in 2016 when their song “Crimson Sky” became a viral hit on several music streaming platforms. Overnight, Hoarse Crown went from being a local sensation to a band known internationally.
