Simplistic Characteristic

Backstory:
The roots of Simplistic Characteristic lay in the small, quiet town of Brighton, England. The band’s founding members, childhood friends Alex Thompson and Richard Price, started their musical journey in their parent’s garages, strumming on cheap, second-hand guitars and belting out lyrics written on crumpled notebook pages. As the years passed, the duo expanded to a five-member band, picking up drummer Mason Green, bassist Nicky Clark, and keyboardist Jamie Roberts. Each brought their unique musical flavor, shaping what Simplistic Characteristic is today. Their shared passion for music and genuine friendship marked the band’s unique chemistry, quickly gaining them a faithful following in the local music scene.

Title:
“Echoes of Tomorrow”

Full Song Lyrics (Echoes of Tomorrow):
[Verse]
Em C
All of my dreams, they’re like paper planes,
G D
Flying high, but bound to rain.
Em C
And all my hopes, they’re like castles of sand,
G D
Built too close to the waves of man.

[Chorus]
C G
So I listen to the echoes of tomorrow,
D Em
Hear them whispering in the hallow.
C G
These echoes of tomorrow, they may be faint,
D Em
But they’re the music to the picture I paint.

[Verse]
Em C
Every failure, it’s just a stepping stone,
G D
Leading me where I’ve never known.
Em C
Every tear, it’s just a sign of growth,
G D
Of a heart that can hold hope.

[Chorus]
C G
So I dance to the echoes of tomorrow,
D Em
Feel them rhythm in the sorrow.
C G
These echoes of tomorrow, they may be soft,
D Em
But they’re the soundtrack to the story I’ve sought.
