Backstory:

Born in the college town of Madison, Wisconsin, the band ‘Plain Boundary’ started their journey in the basement of a residential house, back in the summer of 2007. The band was formed by four students – who were attending the University of Wisconsin – as an outlet to express their youthful idealism and angst. The name ‘Plain Boundary’ originated from their emotional connection to the heartland, and their desire to push beyond the boundaries of conventional music.

The band quickly gained traction among the local youth, who connected deeply with their raw and honest music. They won the Wisconsin Battle of the Bands in 2009 which was a springboard to regional fame. After graduation, the band members decided to pursue their musical passion full time and they haven’t looked back since.
