Backstory:
Formed in the heart of Edmonton, Alberta, Chilly Prosecution came to life during a snowy winter in 2010. The band members, initially university students, found a shared passion for music during a late-night study session, leading to impromptu jam sessions. Flipping through a law textbook, they came across the term ‘chilly prosecution,’ which they found intriguing enough to name their band after it. With charismatic lead singer and guitarist Leon Redwood, talented drummer Tommy Jenkins, dynamic bassist Owen Clarke, and the versatile pianist Jenna Roberts, the band quickly generated a local buzz with their unique music and profound lyrics.
