Backstory:
Paltry Voice was formed in the small coastal town of Montauk, New York, in 2015. The band members, childhood friends, Francis ‘Frankie’ Parker, Leo Stafford, and sisters, Ruby and Serena Blackwell spent their youth exploring the beaches, forests and local music scene. While attending the same high school, they started jamming in Frankie’s garage, leading to the formation of Paltry Voice. Their chemistry was evident from the start, as they combined their different musical influences to create a unique sound. The band quickly gained popularity in their hometown, playing local gigs and eventually expanding to perform at larger venues across the state. Their music speaks about love, loss, and the joys and hardships of life in a small town.
