Backstory:
Hailing from the rain-soaked streets of Seattle, the band “Bitter Other” came into existence in the early 2000s. The four members: lead vocalist and bassist, Max Freeman, guitarist, Jake Harrison, drummer, Sam Coleman, and keyboardist, Lucy Malone were all childhood friends who shared a common love for music. They started playing in local bars and clubs, eventually gaining a solid fan base due to their unique sound and relatable lyrics. Their name, Bitter Other, symbolizes their shared experiences of heartbreak, loss, and the hardships of life which they pour into their music, creating an emotional connection with their listeners.
