Backstory:

Incompatible Chicken is a product of five high school friends who found solace in each other’s weirdness and love for music. They were more than a bunch of misfits who got together in the small town of Henderson, Nevada, in 2001. Being named after a joke that a piece of software was as incompatible as a chicken at a vegan party, they decided to stick with the odd name “Incompatible Chicken”. They started off performing at local gigs and school events, slowly developing a solid fanbase that appreciated their unique sound and eccentric name.

The band – comprised of lead vocalist and guitarist Jake, drummer Gary, bassist Mickey, keyboardist Ronnie, and female lead vocalist and guitarist Emma – prides itself on their quirkiness and commitment to pushing boundaries. They’ve managed to stay together through thick and thin, continually evolving their sound while maintaining the essence that makes them who they are – Incompatible Chicken.
