Backstory:
Formed in the quiet town of Ashford, Connecticut, amidst the isolation and turmoil of the year 2020, Silent Mind is a band that embodies the spirit of introspection and resilience. Comprising four members – Alex (vocals/guitar), Emily (bass), Oliver (drums), and Sarah (keyboard/vocals) – who met via an online music forum during lockdown, they started out creating music remotely, using the pandemic as a catalyst to fuel their creativity. Each member, isolated in their respective abodes, turned their silent minds into a harmonious voice, thus birthing the band. Drawing inspiration from their shared experiences, Silent Mind quickly started gaining attention for their complex, harmonious sound and thought-provoking lyrics.
