Backstory:
Bland Employee started as a group of discontent office workers from different parts of a large multinational corporation. After meeting at a company retreat, they discovered a shared passion for music and a need for an expressive outlet. What began as an after-work hobby soon became a full-blown pursuit, with the band members using their shared experiences of corporate monotony as inspiration. They decided to call themselves “Bland Employee” as a tongue-in-cheek representation of their daily realities, yet their music is anything but bland.
