Title:
“Chasing Shadows”
Full Song Lyrics:
(Verse 1)
Em C
Running wild, through the city lights
Am B7
Chasing shadows, in the endless nights
Em C
Broken dreams, shattered delight
Am B7
Seeking solace, in the moon’s slight
(Chorus)
G D
Oh darling, we’re just chasing shadows
Am C
In the silence, of the afterglows
G D
Hold onto me, as the cold wind blows
Am C
We’re just chasing shadows, that’s all we know
(Verse 2)
Em C
Painted smiles, under neon signs
Am B7
Lost in the labyrinth, where love intertwines
Em C
Tasting tears, in the vintage wines
Am B7
Hoping to find, what the heart defines
(Chorus)
G D
Oh darling, we’re just chasing shadows
Am C
In the echoes, of the hellos and goodbyes
G D
Hold onto me, as the time flies
Am C
We’re just chasing shadows, under the starry skies
