Unhealthy Style

Backstory:

Unhealthy Style was formed in 2015, in the bustling streets of London. The group members, lead vocalist Henry Flint, guitarist Philip Mills, drummer Adam Wright, and bassist Daniel Thomas were just ordinary lads with a shared passion for music. Having met at an underground concert, they bonded over their shared disillusionment with mainstream music and decided to collaborate, cementing the birth of Unhealthy Style.

Their first gig was at a small local pub, drawing only a handful of people. But as their soulful and raw music began to resonate with the listeners, they started gaining a cult following. They pushed boundaries, broke the norms, and brought back the melancholic beauty of music. Unhealthy Style played at exclusive local gigs, underground bars, and music festivals, gathering a loyal fan base with their nonconformist approach to music.

Title:

“Embers in the Rain”

Full Song Lyrics:

Verse 1:

Am E G
Once upon a time, in the pouring rain,
Dm Am E
We danced around, forgetting the pain.

Am E G
Our hearts were wild, our love was untamed,
Dm Am E
In the embers of love, we were aflame.

Chorus:

G D Am
In the embers, we found our flame,
C G D
Underneath the pouring rain.

G D Am
Our love was wild, it was never the same,
C G D
Within the embers, in the rain.

Verse 2:

Am E G
Our love was the rhythm, our heartbeat the song,
Dm Am E
Despite the storm, we danced along.

Am E G
In the echoes of the rain, our love was strong,
Dm Am E
Swaying to the rhythm, all night long.

Chorus:

G D Am
In the embers, we found our flame,
C G D
Underneath the pouring rain.

G D Am
Our love was wild, it was never the same,
C G D
Within the embers, in the rain.

Favorite Fan:

The band’s favorite fan is Liam Gallagher. Liam has been a fan since their very first gig at a local pub in London. In his testimonial, he said, “Unhealthy Style isn’t just a band, they’re a revolution. Their music isn’t just melodious, it’s a medium of expression, a voice for the unheard. It’s raw, it’s unfiltered, it’s real. It’s everything that mainstream music isn’t these days. I’ve seen them perform in the dingiest of pubs to the grandest of stages, and their energy, their passion, it’s always the same. They don’t just play music, they live it.” He loves the band so much, he once traveled halfway across the country just to catch their live performance.
