Backstory:
Blank Heat, a band born out of the searing heat of the Sonoran desert, was formed in 2007. The band is comprised of four childhood friends, Max Williams (vocals), Jesse Clarke (guitar), Tim Logan (drums), and Mark Burns (bass). They bonded over their love of music, exploring abandoned mines, and dreaming of escaping their small town. One sweltering day, they decided to form a band in the basement of Max’s house to beat the heat. The band slowly began to gain recognition in the local music scene, their infectious energy and raw sound earning them a dedicated following.
