Backstory:

Blind Disappointment was born in the heartland of Lincoln, Nebraska, in 2007. Childhood friends, Charlie “Chuckles” Madison and Jeremy “Jazzy” Fitzgerald, who shared a mutual love for all things music, formed the band. Inspired by their personal struggles and the challenge of living in a world that often disappoints those who look deeper, they decided to name their band “Blind Disappointment”. Over the years, they added bassist, Lucy “Lightning” Scott, and drummer, “Thunder” Ted Johnson, further establishing their unique sound and solidifying their band’s formation.

Their journey from performing in high school talent shows to playing in packed concert arenas was not a smooth one, but their shared love for music and meaningful lyrics, coupled with their undying persistence, made them a crowd favorite. Their diverse range of music resonates with people from different walks of life, making them an embodiment of the essence of unity in diversity.
