Backstory:

Formed in the heart of New Orleans in 2009, Gaseous Crime comprises five high school buddies who decided to turn their shared love of music into a lifestyle. The band was born in a garage, where the members would play late into the night after finishing their classes, this is where they dreamt up the name, Gaseous Crime, from a random outburst during a pizza and soda-fueled brainstorming session. The name stuck, and they soon found themselves gigging at local bars and clubs, their raw energy and unique sound quickly gaining them a dedicated following.

As their popularity grew, so did their ambition, and they began to experiment with their music, incorporating elements of jazz, rock, and funk into their songs, which led to a sound that was uniquely their own. Though they faced several obstacles along the way, their unwavering dedication to their art, combined with their fervent desire to make their mark in the music world, has kept them going, making them one of the most revered bands in the underground music scene today.
