Backstory:

Detailed Participant was born out of the creative diversity of four college friends, all sharing a passion for music. They were studying in different fields – a philosopher, a psychologist, an architect, and a poet. The band was formed in their sophomore year at the University of Delaware, a common bond over a shared distaste for the mainstream, a desire to bring depth and intricacy into the world of music. They started out playing in local pubs and cafes, their sound gradually evolving into a unique blend that resonated with audiences.

Their breakthrough came during a local music festival where their performance left a lasting impression on the crowd, leading to their first record deal.
