Backstory:
Fast Spy is the brainchild of four college buddies, Mike Stevenson, Jake Edwards, Ronny Belding, and Phil Thomas, who honed their skills in the dorm rooms and open mics of Berkeley. They found a shared love for music and a unique chemistry that sparked an electric energy when they played together. In 2012, Fast Spy was officially formed, and they have been creating waves in the underground music scene ever since. Fast Spy’s name was inspired by the group’s love for vintage spy movies combined with their fast-paced rock sound, creating a unique juxtaposition that perfectly encapsulates their identity.
