Backstory:
Vital Site is a band that was formed under the most unusual of circumstances. The four members were all stranded at the same bus stop during a rainstorm in their small Midwest town. As they waited for the bus that was clearly not coming anytime soon, they began to sing, harmonize and play their portable instruments to pass the time, discovering an unexpected chemistry among them. The band’s members are Nathan ‘Nate’ Griffith on lead vocals and guitar, Stella Kemp turning the bass, Paul ‘PJ’ Jones tickling the keys of piano, and Ethan Brady behind the drums. When the rain finally let up, they decided to start a band together and named it “Vital Site,” indicative of the vital importance of the bus stop location where their musical journey began.

Title:
“Sunset Silhouette”
Full Song Lyrics:
(Verse)
[G] Underneath the [D] crimson skies,
[Em] You and I, with [C] hopeful eyes,
[G] Captured in a [D] moment, frozen [Em] in time,
[C] As the sun dips low, your [G] hand in mine.
(Chorus)
[G] Sunset silhouette, [D] under twinkling stars,
[Em] In this vital site, we [C] strum our guitars
[G] Underneath the moonlight, [D] amidst the quiet,
[Em] Our love song echoes, [C] in the still of the night.
(Verse)
[G] The rhythm of the [D] evening, beating with our hearts,
[Em] The lyrics of our love story, [C] gently it imparts,
[G] A symphony, a melody, [D] in every breath,
[Em] Under the shadow of twilight, [C] until nothing’s left.
(Chorus)
[G] Sunset silhouette, [D] under twinkling stars,
[Em] In this vital site, we [C] strum our guitars
[G] Underneath the moonlight, [D] amidst the quiet,
[Em] Our love song echoes, [C] in the still of the night.
(Bridge)
[G] As the moon takes over, [D] and the stars alight,
[Em] This song of ours will [C] carry through the night,
[G] And as the dawn approaches, [D] and the night subsides,
[Em] We’ll still be here, [C] with the sunrise.
(Chorus)
[G] Sunset silhouette, [D] under twinkling stars,
[Em] In this vital site, we [C] strum our guitars
[G] Underneath the moonlight, [D] amidst the quiet,
[Em] Our love song echoes, [C] in the still of the night.
