Backstory:
Unfit Boot is a team of five friends, born and raised in the gritty streets of Glasgow, Scotland. The group comprises lead vocalist Kyle O’Toole, guitarists Finn McAllister and Sean McDermott, bassist Rory O’Sullivan, and drummer Callum McLeod. The quintet found solace in music amidst their tough upbringing and formed Unfit Boot in the summer of 2007 in a small, dim-lit basement. Their shared experiences and raw emotions formed the basis of their songs, which helped them relate to their listeners on a deeper level.
Unfit Boot gained local fame and soon caught the attention of an independent recording company after winning a battle of the bands contest in 2010. Their unique style and captivating performances have since made them a popular name in the alternative rock scene throughout the UK.
