1. Backstory:

Flickering Terrace formed in the musically rich scene of Seattle, Washington, in 2013. The band is an eclectic quartet comprised of lead vocalist and guitarist, Evan Harris, bassist, Liz Morales, drummer, Brian “Smitty” Smith, and keyboardist, Katie Bell. All members were friends in university, their shared love for music bound them together, and ultimately, led them to form the band. They were drawn together by their shared passion for alternative rock and their longing to create a unique sound that could pierce through the music industry’s noise.

They found their breakout moment in 2015, with their second studio album “Piercing Shadows” that quickly gained a cult following among indie rock enthusiasts. Their real mainstream success, however, came in 2017 with the release of “Blurred Illuminations”, which solidified their status in the alternative rock scene. Known for their hauntingly beautiful melodies and introspective lyrics, Flickering Terrace brings a unique and emotional musical narrative to the alternative rock scene.
