Gentle Timber

1. Backstory:
Gentle Timber is an indie folk-rock band that originated in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains in the late 2000s. The band was formed by childhood friends, lead vocalist and guitarist Ethan Jones and drummer Oliver Scott, who shared a love for music and storytelling. They spent their teenage years working on their music in Ethan’s family barn, using the serene stillness of their rural surroundings as their inspiration. After adding bassist Sarah Taylor and keyboardist Alex Miller to the line-up, the band was complete. They started performing in local bars and cafes, slowly but steadily building a following with their unique blend of folk and rock.

3. Song Title:
“Whispers of the Forest”

4. Full Song Lyrics:

(Verse 1)
In the stillness of the morning, beneath the dawning sun,
I hear the whispers of the forest, each tale it has spun.
The gentle rustling of the leaves, carried by the breeze,
Speaks to me of primal love, in subtle melodies.

(Chorus)
Gentle Timber, sing me your song,
In your embrace, is where I belong.
Among the rustling leaves, beneath the moon’s glow,
In your arms, I find my home.

(Verse 2)
The touch of the wind, the whispering trees,
In the heart of the forest, I find my peace.
Rivers run deep, mountains stand tall,
In nature’s song, I hear the call.

(Chorus)
Gentle Timber, sing me your song,
In your embrace, is where I belong.
Among the rustling leaves, beneath the moon’s glow,
In your arms, I find my home.

(Bridge)
Each falling leaf, a word unspoken,
Each aged tree, a symbol of devotion.
Under the starlit skies, through the forest’s roam,
Gentle Timber, with you, I’ve found my home.

(Chorus)
Gentle Timber, sing me your song,
In your embrace, is where I belong.
Among the rustling leaves, beneath the moon’s glow,
In your arms, I find my home.
