1. Backstory

Monumental Glue is a story of four college friends from Seattle, Washington: Liam on vocals and rhythm guitar, Ethan on lead guitar, Colby on bass, and Max on drums. Their love for music and unorthodox aesthetic brought them together in their freshman year at the University of Washington. They started out playing gigs at local bars, gradually gaining a following for their unique sound and creative musicianship. After graduating, they decided to take a leap of faith, turning down conventional jobs to pursue a career in music. Their band name, Monumental Glue, was inspired by their desire to create music that sticks in your memory, much like a monument in the timeline of your life.
