Backstory:
Sick Programme is a band that rose from the ashes of an old high school music group. The band members – lead vocalist Tommy ‘Nox’ Knox, guitarist Billy ‘Razor’ Williams, bassist, Leo ‘Sidewinder’ Sides, and drummer, Jimmy ‘Hurricane’ Harrison – met during their time in high school where they bonded over their shared passion for music and rebellion. After graduating, the four friends went their separate ways but destiny reconnected them at a local music festival. The burning passion for music led them to form Sick Programme, a journey that started in the small garage of Nox’s parent’s house and has since led them to some of the biggest stages around the world.

Title:
“Trains of Thought”
Full Song Lyrics:
Verse 1:
Am Em
Running down the stony path,
G D
Shadows of our love turned wrath.
Am Em
Whispers of the past ring loud,
G D
Stuck on this train of thought, no way out.
Chorus:
C G
Trains of thought, running fast,
Am Em
Can’t forget, can’t outlast.
C G
Whiskey tears, midnight fears,
Am Em
Life’s echo, in the empty years.
Verse 2:
Am Em
Echoes of your voice still frame,
G D
Our love story, an endless game.
Am Em
Lost in time, lost in space,
G D
Trains of thought, an endless race.
Chorus:
C G
Trains of thought, memories fade,
Am Em
On this journey, hearts have strayed.
C G
Broken dreams, silent screams,
Am Em
Trains of thought, life’s cruel schemes.

Testimonial:
“Every member of ‘Sick Programme’ plays with a raw intensity that just grabs you. Their songs reflect life, love, hopes, and fears – they’re not just songs, they’re stories. ‘Trains of Thought’ in particular, hits hard – its lyrics mirrors life’s ups and downs. The chord progression is sublime, and Tommy’s voice just adds another layer of depth. They can turn even the simplest words into powerful echoes of emotion. I’ve seen them live multiple times and each time I’m left in awe. For me, ‘Sick Programme’ is not just a band, they’re a musical journey I never want to get off from.”
