Heavy Store

Backstory:

Heavy Store was formed in 2008 in a small, nondescript warehouse in Brooklyn, New York. Their rise to fame was steady rather than explosive. They began playing local shows and slowly gained a dedicated fanbase through word-of-mouth. They released their debut album ‘Cast Iron Echoes’ in 2011 and it was widely regarded as a solid introduction to their sound. They captured the energy of their live shows through their recorded tracks, effectively forging a bond between them and their listeners that was both intimate and powerful.

Burned by the glamour, lost in the clamor,
Just pawns in a losing game.
But beneath the charade, our spirit’s unswayed,

Fabricated freedom, we won’t believe ’em,
We’re marching to our own beat,
