Backstory:

In the heart of the eclectic city of Portland, Oregon, four architectural majors found a creative outlet beyond their blueprints and models. Francis Lee, twins John and Peter Mills, and Jessica Banks brought together their shared love for music and architecture to form the band Plain Column in 2015. With a name that pays homage to their architectural pursuits, Plain Column has made a name for themselves by drawing inspiration from the structures around them, both literally and musically.
