Backstory:
Colorful Fog is an enigmatic band that came together in the lively city of New Orleans. The members, originally street musicians, were drawn together by their shared passion for music that could elicit intense emotional responses. During the day, they would each play separately in various parts of the city, and at night, they would gather in a worn-out garage, experimenting with different sounds and rhythms. Their music finally reached the public’s ears when a passerby recorded their late-night jamming session and shared it online. After gaining a fanbase with their unique sound, the band was soon touring and entertaining crowds with their lively music.

Full Song Lyrics:
(Verse 1)
Am Dm G C
See the vibrant shades in the sky,
Am Dm G C
Falling down as the world spins by,
Am Dm G Am
I’ve got my head in the clouds, off the ground,
Dm G C Am
In this colorful fog we’ve found.
(Chorus)
Am Dm G C
Living in rainbow visions,
Am Dm G Am
Lost in psychedelic decisions,
Am Dm G C
A kaleidoscope of dreams unfound,
Am Dm G C
In this colorful fog we’re bound.
(Verse 2)
Am Dm G C
Dancing through waves of sound,
Am Dm G C
Feeling the rhythm all around,
Am Dm G Am
Our hearts are beating, lost then found,
Dm G C Am
In the sonic fog we’re bound.
(Chorus)
Am Dm G C
Living in rainbow visions,
Am Dm G Am
Lost in psychedelic decisions,
Am Dm G C
A kaleidoscope of dreams unfound,
Am Dm G C
In this colorful fog we’re bound.
Fans Favorite:
Maggie, a music blogger from Memphis, is the band’s favorite fan. Maggie became enamoured with the band after stumbling on the viral video of their late-night jam session. Maggie says, “Colorful Fog speaks to my soul. Their psychedelic rock sound combined with their deep, meaningful lyrics transports me to another realm. It’s like stepping into a different world every time I listen to their music. The way they can make something as abstract as a ‘colorful fog’ sound so concrete is beyond amazing. They’re my favorite because they’ve opened my eyes to a completely new way of experiencing music.”
