Failing Guy

Backstory:

Failing Guy was formed in the heart of bustling Chicago in 2011. The band was born out of a garage jam session between high school friends, the charismatic lead singer, Mason Brooks, the electrifying guitarist, Dex Mitchell, the thunderous drummer, Ollie Grayson, and the smooth bassist, Zeke Raymond. With a shared passion for music and a shared feeling of being the underdogs in their hometown, they started to write songs and perform at local pubs and events. The band’s name, Failing Guy, is derived from their collective experiences of hardship and failure, which they viewed as stepping stones to success.

[Am] There’s a brighter [F] tomorrow

[C] The night is [Am] long, and the road is winding

[C] You’re just a [G] failing guy
[Am] In a world, full of [F] mistaken shadows
[C] But don’t you [G] cry
[Am] There’s a brighter [F] tomorrow

[C] You’re just a [G] failing guy
[Am] In a world, full of [F] mistaken shadows
