Thin Breed was conceived in the heart of the bustling city of New York, by childhood friends and music enthusiasts, John ‘Bassman’ Deering and Mike ‘Drumbeat’ Stalwart. The two shared a passion for music that transcended the chords of traditional genres and touched the roots of raw emotion. The duo began composing and experimenting with different music styles in Deering’s basement, which quickly paved the way for Thin Breed’s inception. After their initial success, they expanded their band to include talented multi-instrumentalist Lily ‘Nightingale’ Sands and charismatic lead guitarist Rex ‘Strings’ Jackson. The four-piece band, with their collective love for music and innovative approach to blending genres, has been making waves in the music scene since 2012.
