Backstory:

Deserted Professor is an alternative band that was formed in a small college town in the heart of Wisconsin in 2008. Initially, the band comprised four college friends, who were inspired by their quirky but passionate history professor, who walked out of his job in the middle of the semester, leaving his students in a state of bewilderment and curiosity. The band decided to capture this feeling of ‘abandonment’ and ‘mystery’ in their music, and thus, Deserted Professor was born.

Over the years, the band faced several changes in their lineup, but the core story and essence of Deserted Professor remained intact. Their music transports listeners to a place of introspection, questioning, and a sense of longing for something not quite understood. The band is now composed of vocalist and guitarist Jake, bassist Max, drummer Luke, and keyboardist Sarah, each contributing a unique spark to the music.
