Backstory:
Formed in the small quirky town of Asheville, North Carolina, Fine Linen was born out of a group of friends’ shared love for music and storytelling. The members, Isaac Johnson (lead vocals), Emma Thompson (bass), Christopher Harris (guitar), and Jack Miller (drums), all met in high school and were involved in the school’s music program. Their bond grew stronger as they spent countless hours perfecting their craft and bouncing off each other’s creativity in Isaac’s parents’ garage. After graduation, they decided to pursue music full-time. They began performing at local venues, slowly cultivating a dedicated fan base drawn to their raw talent and authentic sound.
Fine Linen’s big break came in the form of a local battle of the bands contest. Their performance caught the attention of an indie record label executive who was in attendance. They were soon signed, and their music journey as a professional band began. Today, their music touches souls beyond Asheville, reaching an audience that appreciates their unique sound and heartfelt lyrics.

Title:
“Counting Constellations”
Full Song Lyrics:
(Verse 1)
Am G D C
Under the blanket of night, next to you,
Am G D C
Counting constellations, painting dreams anew.
Am G D C
In your eyes, I see galaxies unfold,
Am G D C
In your arms, I find stories yet untold.
(Chorus)
F G C Am
We’re just two hearts lost in a cosmic dance,
F G C Am
Underneath the stars, in a timeless romance.
F G C Am
Just like these constellations, together we align,
F G C Am
In this infinite universe, forever you are mine.
(Verse 2)
Am G D C
As the night deepens, the world fades away,
Am G D C
In the quiet, it’s just us and the Milky Way.
Am G D C
With each falling star, I make the same wish,
Am G D C
Every night, forever, just like this.
(Chorus)
F G C Am
We’re just two hearts lost in a cosmic dance,
F G C Am
Underneath the stars, in a timeless romance.
F G C Am
Just like these constellations, together we align,
F G C Am
In this infinite universe, forever you are mine.
